Patty Moore is approaching 70 with a life that still says yes to adventure, faith, and whatever God may be inviting her into next.

One of those invitations took her more than 430 miles across Spain on the Camino de Santiago, a centuries-old pilgrimage traveled by people from around the world. Patty shares about the beauty of the journey, the physical challenge, the breathtaking views, and the unexpected friendships that formed along the way.

But her story goes far beyond the hike itself.

Patty also opens up about a health scare that left her with nerve damage, the healing she experienced before the trip, and the many moments along the Camino when she sensed God arranging encounters and opening doors for prayer and encouragement. From grieving travelers to complete strangers, she found that simply being present and available could become part of the ministry.
