After years of raising five children, teaching, and working in education, Martha began sensing God calling her toward mentoring younger women. What started as a small Bible study with a handful of girls in their 20s eventually grew into Guided by Grace, a mentoring ministry connecting young women with mentors and prayer support through intentional relationships and discipleship.

Martha shares openly about the experiences that shaped her heart for this generation—including growing up without her mother, struggling with anxiety and postpartum depression, and discovering what it truly means to have a personal relationship with Christ. Through prayer, Scripture, journaling, and daily quiet time with God, she found healing, purpose, and direction for this stage of life.

This conversation is full of encouragement for women who sense God stirring something new in them but aren’t sure what their next step should be. Martha reminds us that purpose doesn’t disappear with age—and sometimes God simply expands what’s already in our hands.
